Return & Refund Policy

Preorders & Custom Items
Preorders, made-to-order items, and custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at jonahladesic@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Standard Returns
For non-custom, in-stock items:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email jonahladesic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return + new order. Please follow the return process, then place a new order for the item you want.

International Orders

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom duties, import taxes, or fees are non-refundable.
