Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Preorders, custom items, or limited editions may take a bit longer — estimated processing times are noted on each product page.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We aren’t responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at jonahladesic@gmail.com with photos so we can help.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
